To Our Valued Primary Health Clients,
Our Appointment Commitment
To ensure we can provide the best care and availability to everyone, we have a clear cancellation policy in place.
The Policy:
- 24 Hours Notice: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or changes.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the booked service. Please note that insurance companies do not cover these fees.
- Account Status: Non-payment of this fee may restrict your ability to book future appointments until the balance is cleared.
Why this is in place:
When you book, that time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations leave gaps that prevent other clients on our waiting list from receiving care. This policy respects our providers’ time and ensures we can keep our doors open for the community.
A Note on Emergencies: We know that “life happens”—emergencies, sudden illness, or unavoidable crises occur. While we must maintain this policy to stay sustainable, we evaluate true emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if an urgent situation arises.
Late Arrival Policy
- If you arrive late, the full charge for the reserved service applies.
- A 15-minute grace period is provided; after this, rescheduling may be required.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies
Important Reminders - Please confirm with your insurer if there will be any out-of-pocket expenses. - Two treatment rooms are located upstairs. If stairs are a concern, let us know so we can accommodate you. - While we strive to maintain a quiet, relaxing space, complete silence cannot be guaranteed.

Massage Therapy
Massage therapy involves the skilled manipulation of soft tissues, including muscles, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and joints. It helps relieve muscular discomfort caused by daily stress, physical strain, or chronic pain—while promoting overall relaxation.
Our highly rated Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) tailor each session to your lifestyle and wellness goals. Choose from a variety of massage services designed to restore balance, ease tension, and help you feel your best—because you deserve it!
Massage Therapy w/ Cupping
Our Massage Therapy with Cupping Therapy treatment combines evidence-based manual techniques with modern cupping methods to help relieve muscle tension, reduce pain, and support overall recovery. During your session, your RMT will assess your concerns and customize treatment using therapeutic massage, myofascial release, and silicone or vacuum cups applied to targeted areas. Cupping gently lifts the tissue to promote circulation, decrease fascial restrictions, and enhance mobility while complementing hands-on massage techniques. This treatment is ideal for clients experiencing chronic tension, postural strain, athletic fatigue, or stress-related discomfort. All treatments are tailored to your comfort level and treatment goals, ensuring a safe, professional, and results-focused experience.
Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Melt away tension and stress with the deeply relaxing benefits of hot stone massage. Smooth, heated stones are gently placed and used during massage to penetrate deep into muscles, promoting circulation, relieving tension, and encouraging total body relaxation.

Massage Therapy + Gua Sha / IASTM
Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Gua Sha are soft tissue therapy techniques that use specialized tools to apply controlled strokes to the skin and underlying tissues, helping to detect and treat areas of restriction, muscle tension, adhesions, and myofascial tightness. Integrated into massage therapy treatments, these techniques can improve mobility and range of motion, enhance circulation and lymphatic flow, reduce pain and stiffness, and support tissue healing and recovery. They may benefit individuals experiencing chronic tightness, postural strain, overuse injuries, or scar tissue. All treatments are performed within patient comfort levels, and mild temporary redness may occur as a natural response to increased local circulation.
